- Two- day conducted Estate Sale
- Three and four day sales conducted for larger estates
- Organizing and displaying household contents for sale
- Providing display tables and any additional items needed for set-up
- Researching, inspecting, and evaluating each item in the estate for sale.
- Pricing all items
- Professional on-site signage
- Advertising and promotion of the sale including newspapers ads, web site
posting, e-mail notices and road signage. - Staffing your sale with qualified, experienced team members
- No cash upfront. Commission comes out of sale proceeds
- Home will be broom swept clean after completion of the sale
- All unsold items can be donated to a charitable organization
- Full payment within 5 days of sale completion
Real Estate Advertising Services:
If you are also selling the property - we will be happy to distribute
any promotional materials that you supply us with. Several
houses that we have conducted sales at have sold to customers
who visited our sales. This service is provided at no additional
charge to you.
